so we discussed mainly Condor (http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/).
 
are we different enough ?
what is our smart advantage ?
 
ideas of advantages:
 
1. FREE (vs. licensed)
2. TRANSPARENT (no need to re-link/compile, describe)
3. P2P (vs. centralized)
4. INTERACTIVE (user is in control, no in/out files)
5. Easy to install
6. Finer granularity (not Job level but function level)
 
(Condor == FTP server technology) vs. (Matrix == the P2P network)
 
M: "Let's use SOAP/XML" (Sun XML/SOAP Parser etc)
 
Buzzwords: Dynamic RPC, P2PRPC ;)
