Constructs a new dialog with the specified parameters. No parameter checkings performed.
Parameters:
f - Parent frame
t - Title string
m - Is it modal ? It should be in most of the cases !
yes_b - The label on the YES button
no_b - The label on the NO button
msg - The actual message, displayed in a textarea above the buttons
